Española Lowrider Phenomena Refund & Return Policy
General Policy Overview
At Española Lowrider Phenomena, we appreciate your support and your commitment to our mission. Because we rely on contributions to fund our programs, we generally maintain a no-refund policy on donations. However, we understand that mistakes happen. This policy outlines the specific circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

Donations
One-Time Donations: As a general rule, donations are non-refundable. If you have made an error in the amount of your donation or made a duplicate donation, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction.
Recurring Donations: You may cancel a recurring donation at any time. Refunds for previous months' donations are not typically granted, but we will ensure no future charges are processed once a cancellation request is received.

Event Registrations & Tickets
We understand that plans change. For ticketed events, our refund schedule is as follows:
Full Refund: Requests made at least 30 days prior to the event date.
Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between 14 and 29 days prior to the event date.
No Refund: Requests made within 13 days of the event.
Note: In many cases, you may choose to convert your ticket purchase into a fully tax-deductible donation if you cannot attend.
Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. If you feel your membership was processed in error, please reach out to our administrative team for a case-by-case review.
Merchandise
If you purchased physical goods (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, etc.) and they arrive damaged or defective:
Please notify us within 15 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or a full refund upon return of the item.
